在清酒発源地，是伊丹地區酒(遠在江户時代)在伊丹地內有一酒莊，名叫(木綿屋)酒名稱之為(男山)味辛口。遠在以前的伊丹選用的兵庫県產的釀造米和使用伊丹的地下水。此酒味辛和較清爽，可以冷飲和熱飲，更可配燒烤食品至清淡的鱼生食物均可，配答非常廣泛。
