以全熟之日本紀洲名產「南高梅」100%釀造而成。經貯存熟成後再以沖繩特產「黑糖」及「蜂蜜」調味，再裝瓶發售。此酒所使用之釀造水，是自從2002年起已連續5年於比利時之Monde Selection中得到「大金賞」榮譽的紀州熊野名水「富田水」所釀造。
